Gokalp Icer is a shareholder and co-founder of Tykhe Investments B.V. He is a dynamic and motivated professional with a proven track record of building and managing businesses, leading teams, and successfully executing projects from concept to completion.

Gokalp has a well-rounded educational background in business management, financial economics, and engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from Yeditepe University (2018), a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Boğaziçi University (2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the Land War Academy (2004). His diverse educational background provides him with a strong analytical foundation and problem-solving skills, which he has effectively applied in various industries.

With over 15 years of experience in business management, operations, and strategic growth planning, Gokalp has successfully held executive leadership positions in multiple industries. He began his career as a Forex Sales Team Leader at X Trade Brokers (2012) before advancing to a Vice President role in FX & Commodity (G10+EMFX) at Garanti Securities / BBVA (2013-2016). He then served as General Manager and Vice Chairman at Reel Kapital Securities, a regulated financial institution (2016-2017), and simultaneously held the position of Managing Director at AKFX, regulated by the MFSA.

In addition to his leadership in financial institutions, Gokalp expanded into corporate management and business development, becoming a shareholder and CEO at Ikaros & Partner A.Ş. in 2019. He also founded ICRYPEX Technology A.Ş. in 2018, focusing on digital solutions and technology-driven services.

Gokalp’s extensive experience in executive leadership, corporate strategy, and international business operations makes him a key driving force behind Tykhe Investments B.V. His expertise in business expansion, operational efficiency, and market positioning continues to shape the company’s growth strategy and long-term vision.
